Women’s Support Group
We are very excited to have the opportunity to begin our new women’s support group. It focuses on health, wellbeing, and how we can learn to manage not just our mental health, but also our physical health too. Every week there will be a different activity focused around the topic of health and wellbeing, and we hope to encourage and support all of the ladies who come along and join us in this new venture.
