Our President and Vice President

Our President – Nigel Huddleston

Nigel Huddleston is the Member of Parliament for Mid Worcestershire having been elected in the May 2015 General Election. He lives in the constituency with his wife and two children who attend a local school.

He was born and raised in Lincolnshire and attended a comprehensive school before going on to study politics and economics at Oxford University. He moved to London to work for Arthur Andersen as a management consultant before going on to study for a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the Anderson School at UCLA in the USA. He worked for Deloitte before joining Google as Industry Head of Travel in 2011.

He was selected as the Conservative Party parliamentary candidate for Mid Worcestershire in November 2013 and won the seat with a majority of 20,532 in the May 2015 General Election.
Nigel was again re elected as MP for Mid Worcestershire in December 2019 General Election with an increased majority of 28,018 and a 66.7% vote share.

In February 2020 Nigel was appointed a Minister in the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.

Our Vice President – Keith James

Keith was born in Evesham , a painter and decorator by trade and progressed quickly to become a site manager. He now lives in Shipston On Stour with his son Gareth, who lost his hearing at 3 years of age and has mental health issues.

Keith has been actively involved in EDMHSS for many years , during this time he was a trustee and the charities handy man and always prepared to help out with anything needed.

Keith joined Knight Cott Model Boat club where he refurbed and sailed model boats. He refurbishes model boats and helicopters and before COVID restrictions went around the country showing his models at various shows.

Keith is looking forward to taking on the role of EDMHSS Vice President and supporting the charity.
