Massage provided by Andy Richards

Massage is beneficial to recovery and well-being, and I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients whether they are just looking to boost their well-being, or need support with specific problems such as: depression, anxiety, stress, high blood pressure, low immune system, chronic illnesses.

I also work regularly with sportspeople, musicians and others who are suffering from both chronic and acute injuries; massage can not only support and speed recovery but can also help to reduce the effects of the mental stress these injuries can provoke.

I am also a fully qualified Indian Head Massage Therapist and offer this service as well as the body massage. Indian Head Massage is a relaxing treatment lasting for a total of 45 mins,(including consultation) during which you are seated in a normal chair & the massage is carried out over clothing. The massage concentrates on the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck,scalp & face. Indian head massage may be helpful for stress relief, headaches, eyestrain, neck & shoulder pain and for improving mood, mental clarity & wellbeing.

Emotional Freedom Technique provided by Sam

I’m Sam and qualified as an EFT Practitioner in 2011, after successfully overcoming personal anxiety and depression using this amazing technique.
