What Happens at a Meeting Centre ?

Members can take part in many activities such as creativity sessions, reminiscence, music, singing and mild chair exercise. All sessions are built around the interests of the members attending. Families and carers can be involved in the programme alongside the person living with dementia.

You will be able to participate in friendly and informative discussion groups and be assisted with practical, emotional and social support. You will also receive one to one advice and support.
