Having a mental health issue like depression or anxiety can be a very lonely experience. Family, friends and colleagues may not really understand. It can be hard for you to explain to them how you are feeling. You may be struggling to find the right support.
At Evesham and District Mental Health Support Services (EDMHSS) we really understand what you are experiencing. Our friendly staff and volunteers are here to help with any questions or concerns you may have about your mental health in a safe and supportive environment.
